Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product, we offer a 7-day conditional refund policy. Refunds may be considered if the core digital files, playbook materials, or planner assets have not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

What counts as accessed or used?

• Downloading the Reference Guide PDF, planner exports, or AI Prompt Pack.
• Logging into and completing more than one playbook module.
• Generating a business plan output or submitting your site for the free website evaluation bonus.

How to request a refund

Email tineke.moller99@gmail.com with your order number and a short note within 7 days of purchase. Refund decisions are at the discretion of Verdant Marketing SA and processed via the original payment method (ZAR through our approved payment provider).
