Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. We offer a 7-day refund if you have not downloaded the core deliverables (course modules, planner exports, reference guide PDF).

To request a refund, email tineke.moller99@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of purchase.

Refund decisions are at the discretion of Verdant Marketing SA and processed via the original payment method (Yoco / ZAR).
